No, I am no longer writing for the West End News for now (my website should soon reflect that). No, nothing dramatic happened worth gossiping about (at least not in relation to this column.) Seasoned astrologers will know what I mean when I report that I am having a great big wonderful Jupiter transit along with a no-bullshit transit from Saturn (to my Sun!)--In other words, in lay terms, I am going through BIG fucking changes. I've got to pursue my heart of hearts full steam ahead--music. Yet astrology has everything to do with my creative pursuits, of course-- I do have the glyph for Pluto, Lord of the Underworld, tatooed over my heart, after all--and music and astrology are both ways for me to navigate the dark and worship the Divine... 

The Sun goes into Aquarius tomorrow. Oh, you Aquarians, you are in for a real challenge this year! I know you love to rebel (oh, and yes, I love that about you) and you have such ideals (yes, I know, they are all fools for not understanding you the way they should). But what do you really want? In a real concrete, oh-shit-I'm-getting-old-I'd-better-do-it-now kind of way? Figure it out and get on with it, however imperfect it all seems to be. Your friends will love you for it. (oh, and the above goes for the rest of us, too.)
